Wardry Family
This family is based on original Uardry genetics. The first Uardry sire purchased was UD01-0281 in 2002 for $12000.
Characteristics are long bodies carrying medium fleece on a thick supple skin.
Recent introductions include TR14-7388 – Semen purchased from Chirniminup Stud WA. A large upstanding sire that has bred on well. Grandson’s are represented in this year’s sale.
MD Wardry 16-2966 ‘JB’ Reserve champion ram at the 2018 Australian Sheep and Wool Show. A ‘fault free’ ram with outstanding credentials and has been used extensively within the stud. MD16-2966 was sold at the Victorian Dohne Ram Sale 2019 for $5,000, purchased by West Wail Dohne Stud Pimpinio, VIC. 2966 has performed extremely well in the 2022 Coonong Sire Evaluation.
Sons include MD19-1457 who is performing exceptionally well in the 2021 Balmoral Sire Evaluation.
