NSW Champion Ram and Pair, and overall Reserve Grand Champion Pair at the 2019 Australian Sheep and Wool Show. An exciting young sire with impeccable prepotent breeding. 4684 has a strong presence and a long, deep body with excellent feet structure. He carries a long shafty, well nourished, evenly crimped medium fleece on a thick supple skin. 4684 has a soft masculine muzzle which is free of blemishes. 4684 is in the top 10% of the breed for 5 of the 8 measurements; Weaning weight, Post weaning weight, Eye Muscle, Fat and Index.
MD174684 sold at the Victorian Dohne Ram Sale 2019 for a record price $13,000, purchased by RW & EA McColl Meredith, VIC.

Macquarie exhibited the overall champion pen of Dohne x lambs (F3’s) at the 2006 Southern Meats Hook Competition with an average dressed weight of 28.7kg and an average yield of 50.2%.
Macquarie also excelled in the Fleece Competition at the 2008 National Expo & Sale taking out 3 Champions,
